Digital
File Information
Please supply your Ad digitally on a CD. Make sure that you include
all supporting art, such as logos and fonts. Ad's must be high-resolution
(300+ dpi) and must be EPS, JPEG or PRESS-READY PDF. If
you do not have the full Adobe Acrobat Suite you will not be able
to make a PRESS-READY PDF.
Please include a printout of
the advertisement in the package. POWERPOINT
FILES CANNOT BE ACCEPTED. Once the Ad has been placed in the
magazine, you will receive a PDF proof from The Georgia Engineer.
Please be sure to write the e-mail address on the CD of the person
in your organization to whom it will be sent. Mail your CD with your
hard copy of your Ad to:

Terms and Conditions for Advertising
When a change of copy is not received by the closing
date, copy run in the previous issue will be re-inserted.
Advertiser agrees to indemnify and old the publisher harmless from
and against any loss, expense or other liabilities resulting from
any claims or suits for libel, violation of right of privacy, plagiarism,
copyright infringement and any other claims or suites that may arise
as a result of the publication of such an advertisement It is agreed
that, if the publisher changes its advertising rates during the life
of the contract, such changes will have no effect on this contract
and prices will remain unchanged until expiration.

For
no hassle Ad insertion please do the following:
Must submit High Resolution Images (300+
dpi) & Post-Script Fonts only. Include
all job fonts within a folder named "fonts" and
save all color images as CMYK or Grayscale.
Do not add borders to column-wide Ads. Lastly
copy your Ad onto a CD and mail to:
